Diane Yarnell
Diane Yarnell, MBA, serves as the President of DLH’s Health Information Technology (HIT) operations center. In this role, Ms. Yarnell oversees a $300M portfolio of complex, highly technical contracts focused on improving health mission outcomes for our customers, leveraging technology to meet the IT support needs for tens of thousands of researchers across 14 NIH Institutes and Centers, Offices, and Programs.
Ms. Yarnell holds an MBA with a certificate in Organizational Development from Mount St. Mary’s University and has more than 23 years’ experience in the GovCon market, with 16 years of executive leadership experience with DLH and formerly GRSi, which was acquired by DLH in December 2022. Ms. Yarnell was instrumental in transforming GRSi from a woman owned small business to a large business, realizing more than 30% year-over-year annual growth. Ms. Yarnell continues this momentum at DLH, championing Commitment, Collaboration, and Customer Satisfaction to culturally change and technically enhance our clients’ missions.
