Mary Dowdall
Mary Dowdall is President of DLH’s Advanced Mission Solutions (“AMS”) Operating Center. In this role, Mary leads DLH’s Military Health services portfolio, specializing in technology, systems engineering and integration, business solutions, and research and development. She uses interpersonal, planning, organizational, management, and customer service skills to interface with employees, consultants, and various clients associated with several government contracts.
Ms. Dowdall has over 25 years’ experience in strategic and tactical leadership of small to mid-size business’ day to day operations and short- and long-term corporate goals, and extensive experience in management and customer relations, including program and project management mission support with the Department of Defense (DoD) Health Affairs (HA) and various Defense Health clients. She holds a broad knowledge base of DoD health and force health protection policies, programs, and activities, with a full understanding of the interrelationships between the Services, Defense Health Agency (DHA), and various agencies concerning Military Health System (MHS) policies and procedures – in particular those associated with the DoD’s Electronic Health Record (EHR).
